Face \u00e0 mon air m\u00e9fiant, elle m&#8217;a mis sous le nez un <strong>Nigiri de Saumon<\/strong> d&#8217;une fra\u00eecheur \u00e9blouissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:2.5\">J&#8217;ai croqu\u00e9. Le poisson a fondu. Le riz ti\u00e8de, parfaitement vinaigr\u00e9 (le fameux <em>shari<\/em> !), a explos\u00e9 mes papilles. Ce fut le coup de foudre, une conversion instantan\u00e9e. J&#8217;ai alors compris que la cuisine japonaise n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas un plat, mais un <strong>serment de puret\u00e9<\/strong>. C&#8217;est l&#8217;essence de la simplicit\u00e9 : le riz, le poisson, et l&#8217;amour d&#8217;un ma\u00eetre.
