Le BTS, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de <strong>2 ans<\/strong>, conf\u00e8re le niveau Bac + 2 (120 cr\u00e9dits ECTS) et est un dipl\u00f4me national d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00c9ducation Nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre cours et pratique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la formation est suivie en <strong>alternance<\/strong> (via un contrat d&#8217;apprentissage ou de professionnalisation), le rythme type souvent observ\u00e9 est de <strong>deux jours en centre de formation<\/strong> pour les enseignements, et <strong>trois jours en entreprise<\/strong> pour l&#8217;application concr\u00e8te des acquis. Ce mod\u00e8le permet une progression rapide dans la ma\u00eetrise des techniques commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les \u00e9tudiants en formule <strong>initiale\/classique<\/strong> (sous statut scolaire), la formation inclut \u00e9galement une immersion professionnelle obligatoire de <strong>16 semaines de stage<\/strong> au sein d&#8217;organisations commercialisant des biens ou des services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les matin\u00e9es en centre de formation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les jours de cours, l&#8217;emploi du temps est structur\u00e9 autour des enseignements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants enrichissent leur <strong>culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et expression<\/strong>, et travaillent sur la <strong>culture \u00e9conomique, juridique et manag\u00e9riale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;accent est mis sur les enseignements professionnels, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Relation client et n\u00e9gociation-vente<\/strong> : Cette mati\u00e8re, qui occupe 6 heures hebdomadaires en premi\u00e8re et deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9es, couvre la <strong>prospection de client\u00e8le<\/strong>, la <strong>n\u00e9gociation<\/strong>, la <strong>vente<\/strong>, ainsi que l&#8217;animation et la fid\u00e9lisation de la relation client. L&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;apprendre \u00e0 cibler la client\u00e8le et \u00e0 valoriser l&#8217;offre commerciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Relation client \u00e0 distance et digitalisation<\/strong> : Avec 5 heures par semaine, ce bloc pr\u00e9pare les futurs managers commerciaux \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la <strong>relation omnicanale<\/strong> et la <strong>vente en e-commerce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les apr\u00e8s-midis sur le terrain (en entreprise)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l&#8217;\u00e9tudiant est en entreprise (souvent en tant qu&#8217;Attach\u00e9 Commercial junior ou Vendeur), sa journ\u00e9e est centr\u00e9e sur l&#8217;application de la strat\u00e9gie commerciale de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le titulaire du BTS NDRC est form\u00e9 pour <strong>g\u00e9rer la relation client<\/strong> de A \u00e0 Z. Ses missions concr\u00e8tes peuvent inclure :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Prospection et D\u00e9veloppement<\/strong> : La mise en \u0153uvre des techniques de prospection et de d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un portefeuille clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>N\u00e9gociation<\/strong> : Le contact direct avec la client\u00e8le pour la <strong>n\u00e9gociation-vente<\/strong> d&#8217;un produit ou service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Digitalisation<\/strong> : L&#8217;utilisation des <strong>techniques du web marketing<\/strong> et la gestion des \u00e9changes via diff\u00e9rents supports et outils num\u00e9riques, assurant ainsi la gestion des multiples points de contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Animation de R\u00e9seaux<\/strong> : Les fonctions d&#8217;animation de r\u00e9seaux de distributeurs ou de vente directe sont \u00e9galement abord\u00e9es (4 heures hebdomadaires en cours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019entreprise, l&#8217;\u00e9tudiant d\u00e9veloppe son <strong>autonomie<\/strong>, sa <strong>rigueur<\/strong> et son <strong>sens du contact et de la n\u00e9gociation<\/strong>, qualit\u00e9s essentielles pour r\u00e9ussir dans ce dipl\u00f4me. Il travaille en \u00e9quipe avec tous les acteurs de la relation client au sein de l&#8217;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait d&#8217;\u00eatre directement <strong>immerg\u00e9 dans la vie de l&#8217;entreprise<\/strong> met l&#8217;\u00e9tudiant en contact avec les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du march\u00e9, rendant l&#8217;enseignement plus riche gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience des formateurs professionnels.
